試一試關閉雙眼和低聲地講他的名字, 你有什麼影像在你的腦海?

第一個印象是一個男孩，黎小軍剛剛從中國大陸到達香港車站。在這個資本主意社會，每一個人都是忙忙的走過，唯獨是這個窮小子慢慢駕駛他的單車，哼住"甜蜜蜜"。我們還擔心這個天真的男孩可不可以在這個城市生活！

電影"甜蜜蜜"已經是四年前的事，但是黎小軍的印象仍然在我們的腦海。這個印象實在太深，太難忘！

但是，他是不是有服吃安眠藥的習慣？為什麼他會失眠？什麼是他的暗影？是不是因為他的不平凡的人生？

他說 "我是一個客觀完美主意者, 一係唔做，要做就要做到最好，沒有中間"。

在十二月，他也宣布他不會參加任何香港樂擅頒獎典禮。
"我已經33歲，我不想浪費我的時間再參加那些頒獎典禮。我想放更多時間在我的音樂，我的電影和發展我的個人事業。"

宣媒也覺得因為Leon的不領獎的關系，間接比多一些機會給新人像謝霆鋒。但是Leon覺得謝霆鋒是憑他的實力而得獎的。呵! Leon, 一個常常為別人著想的男孩!

Leon已為聯合國兒童基金(UNICEF)籌款超過五年。他說這是緣份。

"我的父親因為癌症而有生命危險，在那時候我同自己講，如果我父親可以康復，我會用我的一生去幫助需要幫助的人"。在這時候，UNICEF 又給了我這一個機會，所以我開始我的慈善工作。你信緣份嗎? 我的生日和UNICEF 成立的日子是一樣的(12月11日). 我想我和UNICEF有緣份，所以可以一起為大家服務。"

他那份追求完美的性格可能會令其他人不安！但是他也有他的迷惑時期，好像甜蜜蜜的黎小軍或半生緣的沈世鈞。

"我試過將洗過筷子的茶喝下，或好像我在加拿大演唱會期間，當我刷牙的時候，感覺有小小奇怪，原來我把肥皂當牙膏！我有試過漏了劇本在廁所，當我去廁所想拿返的時候，我沒有拿劇本而是換了我的衣服，因此我再一次去廁所拿，但是我又換多一次衣服！"

"我的風格是一樣工作完成再做下一樣，我不可以同一時間做多樣事情。因為我是歌唱比賽出身，所以我覺得唱歌是我的第一位，而電影是一樣我想參與的工作。"

終于他走進了韓國市場拍他的第一套韓國電影"天使夢"。同時也有其他韓國電影想找他參加。但是他沒有選擇到。是不是什麼特別的原因他會拍他的第一套韓國電影和一個經驗不多的導演？

"這電影和我其他主演過的電影風格好不同！首先要說說我和導演的關系。我們經過長時間和深入的討論而發展到我和導演都有深刻的默契。我是人馬座，而人馬座的典型性格是接收挑戰。特別當我們面對風險的時候，我們會接受而不會逃避。在電影市場，經驗不等于成功。有經驗不代表你的電影會成功。電影本身是一重冒險活動，最重要是做到最好！"

在戲內, Leon 會扮演一個韓國人，那麼他需要說韓文。雖然他唱過好多韓文歌，但是都不足夠應付。坦率說，我們擔心他的發音會不會令到他出醜。但是他說過如果害怕冒險和挑戰，那麼永遠沒有改進。

"我不想有韓文或廣東話配音"

那麼他就要像韓國人而不是中國人。他說講韓文是他的一重挑戰。最近他已經用一些錄音帶來練習他的韓文。

我們應該尊重他真誠的態度和冒險精神。

Try closing eyes and whispering his name, what image comes out in your mind?

The first image is the guy ,whose name is Ye So Kun (i.e. Li XiaoJun) just arrived at HongKong station from Main China. Eventhough everybody is running by autobicycle to take passage in huge capatalism, while this poor guy ran slowly by his old bicycle, humming a song ※Tienmimi§. We are nervous about that this innocent guy could survived in this vivid HongKong City.

It has already passed 4 yrs since we saw the movie ※Tienmimi§ at the theater, but still remained a image related to Yesokun in our mind. That image is too strong to be erased in our mind.

Leon himself said that the character of Ye So Kun in Tiemimim resembled him a lot.
"I was born in Main china and also arrived at Hongkong by train and took a taxi for the first time. Yesokun's room is just as same as the house I lived, but I didn't know the director wrote that Scenario considering me at first because of my insensitiveness. He intentionaly reflect my background, Yesokun resembles me a lot, so I love that role very much.

The Shadow of Darkness in him

However we could't match leon with Yesokun. Through that movie "Tienmimi", Korean fan considered leon as the symbol of a gentle, tender guy. But when we met him personally, we should admit that our fantasy was wrong, and we found the shadow of darkness around him. It's not because of the shadow of eyelid reflect his 34yrs old age. More then anything else, his face is a absence of expression. He just moved his tip of lip to the photographer's request "smile!". Through the review of the HongKong article about him, we found the very astonishing reports.
Last March, every hongkong media reproted that Leon committed a suicide because of love affair with Su-Kei. But his many friends testify that it's not true, he is not that kind of person.
However we sure that he is a little bit addiceted to a sleeping pill. Why he suffered from insomnia?
What is the original nature of his darkness of shadow?
Isn't it related with his uncommon trace of his life passage ?

He was born in Beijing in 1966 and moved to Hongkong in 1970 without his willingness.
When he was 16, he should spend his very sensible teenage period in strange foreign country, England. So he was so moved in front of his 33th birthday cake at the concert hall last Dec.
He said he has no special memory about his birthday because his parents divorced when he was young , so he used to spend his birthday alone.

Objective Perfection

In contrast to his nice , nature image, his real character is a sort of clear-cut. He is one of the most difficult star to interview with. He didn't give even a one minute without an appointment and work only with his appointed photographer. And there should be all ready everything such as clothing, make-up and hair styling.

He said, "I am an Objective Perfectness."

Doing something perfectly or not doing anything, there is no intermediate.

He announced he will not award a Prize from Hongkong pupular song committee anymore.
"I am 34 yrs old, I think it's waste of time to participate the every ceremony of awarding prize. I'd rather put my every efforts into my music, acting and developing myself.

As a result, leon help Nic(Sa Jung Bong i.e. Tse Ting Fung) to award a prize, but leon said Nic is qualited to bd awarded. Oh!. Leon has careful concern about others.

Concerning about leon's care about others represent in his brilliant activity for UNICEF for more that 5 years.

It's not a kind of gesture but it is a his fate.

"My father was almost dying of cancer, so I made my mind at that time if my father was recovered

I will devote myself to help other people during my life. And UNICEF offered me just at that time, so I started to work for them. Do you believe fate? My birthday and UNICEF foundation day is the same day(11th. Dec).

I think it is my fate to work with them."

His perfectness sometimes make others feel uncomfortable. But he also has unsophisticated just like Yesokun of "Tienmimi "and Sekwang (i.e. Shum Sai Kwan) of "18 th spring".

"I sometimes drink a cup of tea where I washed my chopstick. And I have something more say to you, it happened when I did a Canada concert, I felt a strange feeling while I brushing my teeth because I using a soap instead a toothpaste, and another story is that I left a film script in bathroom, so I went to bathroom to bring it but I only changed cloth there without getting that script , so I went there again,and not only bringing that script but also changing the clothe again."

Challenge of Adventurous Guy

Leon is a entertainer who sing a song & acting together just like other H.K. star. He made his debut through the song contest held in 1986. He is now a sky-king of H.K. with other 3 guys. He is very success now.

My style is one by one. I can't do anything simultaneouly. Because I debut through song contest, so I think music is my hometown and movie is the field I want to do throughout all my life.

Eventually he entered Korea entertainment field through Korean movie. He decided to shoot Korean movie "Chonsamong". He already have offered many Korea movie such as "Museum of art beside Zoo". But he refuse that offer at that time. Is there any specific reason to choose this movie as his first Korea movie with this unexperienced director?

It's a different style compared to the other movie I've ever done before. "First of all I should say about our relationship with director Park. We discussed a lot throughout last year and there developed a kind of a faith between us. And My constellation is "Sagittarius" whose typical character is challenge. Especially in the face of the risk, not avoiding rather admitting. There always no guarantee in this field, it's not related with experience . Lot of experience has no guarantee in the success of movie. Any movie has it's own adventure, the most important thing is to do best in any case."

And just wait and see.

Leon will act as an Korean, so he has to speak Korean language in this movie. His Korean language skill is not enough to act as an Korean eventhough he has already sung many Korean song . Frankly speaking, we worried about his poor pronunciation could make him fool. But he said anybody who scared about the adventure and challenge, there is no deveplopment forever.

"I don't want to dubbing the dialogue into Korean or Cantonese."

In that case Leon looks like Korean not Chinese. And he said it's a kind of challenge for him to speak Korean language in korean movie. Recently he started to train his Korean language skill by the recording tape.

I thought we should expect his sincere attitude and spirit of adventure.
