Leon在北京忙完一切，今日回港，航機約在八時多抵港，只得數名歌迷遇見。

2002年1月23日  到北京準備出席「榜中榜頒獎禮」

即將為「世界杯」主唱Great China主題曲的Leon，今天在忙碌的籌備工作中抽身飛到北京，準備出席25號星期五晚在首都體育館舉行的「Channel V 榜中榜頒獎禮」。

航機預定於2:15pm起航，可是在2pm後，Leon才坐阿B駕駛的保母車到達機場大樓外，今天沒有記者在場，歌迷則有二三十人。心情很好的Leon，戴著啡色鏡及框、淺啡柄的太陽鏡，身上穿著淺啡色Tee配啡色長褲、外加一件天藍色連帽外套，帽邊有可愛的卡其色毛毛，腳上一對灰色間藍及橙的運動鞋，一下車就由Stanley和兩名Secure保護著，趕忙衝向禁區。

Leon一走進機場大樓玻璃門，就有婆婆fans送上大利是，還有歌迷緊張的提醒Leon北京天氣很冷.....「零下好多度呀！」....「保重呀！」....「唔好冷病呀！」，Leon一面快步一面回應:「知架喇。」

接著有比較熟識機場的歌迷提Leon:「仲係15分起飛，好趕呀！」Leon說:「得喇！」歌迷再提:「今日30號閘，要坐無人駕駛，或者坐Golf Car，好趕呀！」Leon再說:「得架喇！子泉知得喇....子泉知喇....」子泉早已拿著登機證在禁區口等待著Leon了。

由於真的很趕時間，所以差不多所有歌迷都只是默默的緊隨Leon飛步到禁區。中途Leon凝望一個在演唱會期間受傷的歌迷，關懷一下她的情況。那位歌迷笑說:「我好番哂喇！」Leon回應:「咁咪好囉！」歌迷說:「不過有疤，唔靚喇！」與她同行的歌迷大聲取笑她:「你不嬲都唔靚架啦！」Leon會意地點頭大聲乾笑幾聲:「嘿！嘿！嘿！」歌迷立刻向Leon撒嬌:「你有冇搞錯！夾埋佢笑我！我俾多次機會你，我靚唔靚？！」Leon陰陰笑著點頭，歌迷仍不放過他:「要開聲講~~~！」Leon仍笑著，眼看已到禁區前，歌迷拉著Leon撒野:「俾最後一次機會你，開聲講我靚唔靚！」Leon唯有就範說:「靚喇！」然後吱一聲笑出來。

到禁區口，歌迷都紛紛叫Leon "Take Care"和bye-bye，Leon也就帶著匆忙的腳步和子泉及Stanley一齊走進禁區。聽說Leon既沒有坐無人駕駛也沒坐Golf Car，而是飛步跑到登機口登機的唷！......(腳仔軟嘛？)

23.01.02 To Beijing for Channel V Awards Ceremony

Having been assigned to sing the World Cup theme song for the Greater China area, Leon is busy concentrating on this project. However, he still manages to find time to travel to Beijing today, in preparation for his participation in Channel V’s Music Award Ceremony on the 25th. His flight was scheduled to depart at 2.15pm, but only just after 2.00pm, Leon arrived in his van driven by Ah Bee. There were no journalists present today and there were around 20-30 fans. In excellent form, Leon was wearing brown frame sunglasses, beige top and brown trousers and blue coat (with some fur around the hood!). Stanley escorted him as he descended from the van.

As soon as Leon walked into the airport terminal, some older fans immediately gave him some lucky red pockets, with other fans warning Leon that Beijing is very cold now! Some said, "Very cold, be careful!" Leon immediately replied "I will!" Another fan said to Leon, "Another 15 minutes and the plane will take off, in a great hurry!" Leon said, "I know!" Another fan reminded Leon "Today’s flight is at Gate 30, you either have to take the automatic train or the golf car, quick!" Leon replied, "I know, Chi Chuen knows" At the same time, Chi Chuen already have the boarding pass ready waiting for Leon at the departure gate. On the way, Leon saw a fan that was unwell during concert and he was concern about her injury. That fan said to Leon, "I have fully recovered!" Leon replied "that’s good!" The fan said, "But there is some scars, not pretty!" Another fan interrupted "You were never pretty in the first place!" Leon let out a sarcastic laugh! The fan, sort of throwing a tantrum said "Its unfair, you are laughing at me with them! So, do you think I am pretty?" Leon nodded. But the fan still persisted and said, "Please speak out!" Leon finally said "Pretty!" and then laughed. As they reached departure, fans said to Leon "take care" and "bye bye". Leon walked quickly towards Chi Chuen and together with Stanley, they walked towards the boarding gate. Apparently, Leon didn’t take any transport towards the boarding gate, instead he must have ran towards the gate…….. (Poor legs!)
