2002年10月18-20日  西湖博覽會開幕式及回港

Leon在18日早上由香港機場出發到中國國內城市，而翌日香港報張報導Leon會到上海為「上海電影節」作嘉賓。

19日Leon轉往杭州，到黃龍體育中心出席西湖博覽會開幕式作表演嘉賓。

Leon大約在9:15pm出場，穿深色(大概是棗色或深啡)西裝外套，先在台上唱一曲「今夜你會不會來」，然後跳上大會安排的開頂紅色長跑車，Leon站在車上，一邊與觀眾打招呼一面唱出「相約在北京」。在場觀眾非常熱情地揮著紅紅綠綠的小燈捧，更追貼車輛....很親近的接觸啊！站在車內的Leon笑容滿面，車旁圍了一圈保安，不過外面卻圍了無數觀眾，只見在車旁亦步亦趨的子泉，沒忘了拿著攝錄機在拍，雖然間中被拋離，總也努力地追上。Leon唱完後，連翻說「謝謝」，才徐徐下車。(網主:以上是從Internet直播片段所見，感謝Jackie幫忙。)

20日早上，Leon由杭州直飛回香港，機場B閘有記者聚集，歌迷則大部份聚在A閘等候，大約在早上11時許，Leon由機場B閘離開，到停車場坐保母車離去。

2002/10/18-20 Hang Zhou Expo Opening Ceremony

Leon showed up the venue at around 9:15pm, wearing dark suits, singing his first song w “Will You Come Tonight”. Leon did wow the audience when he hopped up to the open-top Jeep, singing “See You at Beijing” in the moving vehicle. The hottest moment was when the audience kept waving their glow-sticks and torches and chasing the vehicle….what a close encounter! Leon was smiling all the way. He was protected by the security guards but was mobbed by a big crowd around his car. Chi Chuen was found chasing after his car taking video of Leon, he managed to keep the pace though he was being lagged behind at times. After this song, Leon expressed his thanks to the audience and got off the car.

On 20th, Leon came back from Hangzhou, most of Leon fans were waiting at gate A and some reporters were at gate B, Leon exited from gate B around 11am and then went to car park to get in his van and left the airport.

2002年10月17日  房屋署Leon滅蚊大行動

在有人質疑是否應�g請藝人擔任公民活動的推廣工作聲中，Leon今日應房屋署邀請，到愛民村宣傳滅蚊行動，以撲滅近日流行的登革熱病。

Leon於四時三十五分左右到達，身穿紅色Tee、淺藍牛仔褲及波鞋、外罩淺灰綑墨綠邊的風衣，由B仔和阿佳陪同下，先到互委會的辦事處準備，然後就與一眾互委會委員、房署人員及兩位區議員一同到屋村中間的空曠地方，示範滅蚊應該注意的地方。

大家合照之後，Leon就戴起預備好的口罩和防護眼鏡，提著一個高十多吋、直徑約八九吋的圓桶，(�堶推雩茯O殺蟲水)，進行滅蚊，首先是去水渠口，然後是小斜坡的草堆，一眾人等都只在斜坡旁邊做做樣子，唯有Leon，一下子就跳上近四呎高的石礡，再跑上斜坡周圍噴殺蟲水，這時開始聞到，殺蟲水的味非常濃烈，簡直可說是奇臭，別說是蚊子，人也可以滅！噴 了一陣，Leon就跳下斜坡，轉移陣地到另一邊的草坪噴洒。

完成了滅蚊的示範，Leon接受了電子傳媒及大搜查的訪問，然後接受文字記者的訪問。

滿足了傳媒的訪問要求後，Leon再繼續此次活動的第二部份，到其中兩個單位進行訪問，Leon在房署人員及Stanley的保護下逐一到單位內進行家訪，與屋內住客交談並且和他們合照，單位外還有一些早在守候的歌迷，Leon離開單位時還很開心的向他們揮手，整個活動在五時五十分左右結朿。

2002/10/17 HK Housing Authority’s Anti-Mosquito Campaign

Despite recent arguments as to whether pop stars were competent enough to assist in promotion of various public education programmes launched by the government, today Leon was invited by the Housing Authority to take part in their Anti-Mosquito Campaign in a housing estate with the aim to draw public awareness of the risk of mosquito-borne diseases, dengue fever in particular.

At around 4:35pm, Leon, wearing red Tee, denim and a dark-green hemmed metallic grey zip jacket, arrived at the Oi Man Estate Office with Ah B and Ah Kai. He was then led by the Housing officers, Clean HK committee and 2 members of the district council to an open area of the estate and explained to the residents the importance of this campaign.

After taking photos, he started the demo of how to eliminate the breeding ground of mosquitoes. He was then equipped with a mask, an optic protection and a 10’x9’ spray-cylinder containing pesticides. Leon along with the officers and council members then started working on the spray from gutters to lawn then skipped up the 4 feet retaining wall reaching the slope above, mind you, he was the only one who was genuinely execute the operation. The strong smell did kill, not only mosquitoes, me too! After a while, he stepped down and worked on the other side of the lawn.

After the demo, Leon attended the press, first e-media then newspaper.

Followed the press meeting, Leon went on part II of this campaign -- home visit to two families in this housing estate, he was escorted by the housing officers and Stanley to chat with the family members and, of course, some photo-shots. Fans were waiting outside until he waved them goodbye. He looked happy. The whole campaign finished around 5:50pm.
